Together, we make sure that every member in Kindship feels welcome, safe, heard and valued.

Connector

Our Connectors welcome new parents and encourage community connections. For this role, you will need to have great communication skills and a willingness to share from your own experiences.

Cheerleader

Our Cheerleaders make sure Kindship's community feed is vibrant, positive, and full of interesting and authentic content. For this role, you will need to be diplomatic, supportive, and eager to interact and share with others.

Guardian

Our Guardians watch for behaviours that is not welcome on the app. They also chat to members about what we could be doing better! For this role, you'll need to have great people skills and respond well to differences of opinion.

Host

Our hosts coordinate and communicate on- and off-line events, including local meet ups and topic-specific audio chats. For this role, you'll need to be great at planning, comfortable speaking to a group, and love introducing new people.
