it seems to be very common and shouldn’t really come as a surprise. Women for the most part share feelings and men don’t. Unfortunately for me I flipped it around once I broke, got help and set in motion healthier lifestyle choices. The effect from that was a happier self and family life which has made it easy to stay on the path. I’m hopeful though that Kindship can be a tool that helps other dads out there realise they aren’t alone and allow them to seek the help they may need. The main thing for me other than medication and therapy was quitting alcohol all together. I set a 12 month goal initially and completed that in March and won’t be going back to it.
