I hear you! Lots of fluids water, herbal tea & hydralite, and where you can outsource and ask for help so you can rest as much ad you can. I only got antibiotics & steroids & puffers on day 8, but am convinced it would have been better to have these earlier. Take care lovely - you can only do what you can & if you can get help to occupy the kids take it. Koahs therapists did online sessions with her when we were in lock down but played games etc …. A difference focus …… I looked forward to these 30 mins Hugs xx

I hope you're feeling better now. It's strange because I had it and then got better and by day 7 I tested negative. Then Ashton got it and a few days later I felt like I had been hit by a truck. Did test and it was positive again. Not sure if I got two different strains or what but it's not fun at all!! This is definitely different to the first round that's for sure.

I was just thinking of ou and wondering how you’re going :( I’m so sorry that you’re so sick. It took me two months to move past the fatigue and a lot of days have felt impossible. My dr said to just rest rest rest. Much easier said than done!

Oh honey, I’m sorry for you. I just recovered myself and got out of isolation 4 days ago. Lots of fluids. Cold and flu tablets, nurofen, soups, red amd blue berries, ginger and tea. I also found the tonsil spray helpful and be sure to gargle daily with listerine after brushing teeth.

I lived on chicken soup, which I made before I went down. I did immune boosting vitamins, 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Cold and flu tablets. If I got the sweats or chills or fevers I would have hydralyte. I used manuka honey to ease my throat. Lots of fluid and rest. Hope you have a speedy recovery.
