ASD and challenging behaviours

Hopefully I’ve posted this to the appropriate group - I’m new here!! Has anyone brought a screen protector for their tv? I’m a bit lost looking for what I am after and hoping to gain some guidance. My son has ASD and one of his stims is throwing objects - more specifically - normally hot wheels cars. This is the second TV since November that he has cracked by throwing a car at it. I need something to protect it cause I can’t stop the stim but I also cannot keep replacing TVs 😭. Hopefully there are some suggestions!! 🤞

That’s expensive , what about. Big piece of Perspex across the screen that might take the impact instead of the glass .

thanks! I looked this one up just before - they don’t have the size I’m after. I should have put it in the post (will update now). I need it for a 70” (before that one gets broken too 😓)

I haven't had this issue but Maybe mounting tv higher, and having a PVC/clear sheet in a frame mounted in front would help protect it. Like plastic" window " pane.
