What is the Kindfolk program?
We should really call it the Kindfolk "family” because that is what we are, a family, working together to make sure that every parent gets the most out of the Kindship app. Our members are volunteers, mums and dads like you with a little bit of time to offer and a whole lot of heart. Entrusted with the titles of Connector, Cheerleader, Guardian, and Host, these parents make Kindship what it is - a safe space to be unapologetically you.

Connector
Our Connectors welcome new parents, encourage community connections and make sure Kindship's community feed is vibrant, positive, and full of interesting and authentic content. For this role, you will need to have great communication skills, a willingness to share from your own experiences, be supportive and eager to interact with others.

Cheerleader
Our Cheerleaders make sure Kindship's community feed is vibrant, positive, and full of interesting and authentic content. For this role, you will need to be diplomatic, supportive, and eager to interact and share with others.

Guardian
Our Guardians help us to maintain a safe and supportive community space within the Kindship app. They ensure that our community guidelines are adhered to and that all community members feel safe, welcome and supported.

Host
Our hosts coordinate and communicate on- and off-line events, including local meet ups and topic-specific audio chats. For this role, you'll need to be great at planning, comfortable speaking to a group, and love introducing new people.
