Carers statement template

I’m an upbeat kinda gal, but I’m not going to sugarcoat this one. Writing a good (like getting the kind of funding you need type of “good”) carer’s statement is tough on the old parent's heart. The purpose of this document is to paint a picture of what life looks like for your child and family. It has to be detailed, raw, and full of examples because, chances are, the person reading it doesn’t really know you.

If I could wrap my arms around you or give you a friendly shoulder bump while we sat together to write it, I would! But I haven’t quite figured out teleportation yet. So, I’ve done the next best thing. Here is my very practical and very easy-to-follow PDF guide for writing a kick-you-know-what carer’s statement.
