How to cope with hormones
Miss 8 nearly 9 asd and anxiety has started the puberty process.
Breasts are developing, starting to smell sweaty, and man the hormones are raging.
I’m spread so thin atm. And struggling and she is making it so much harder.

My Miss 10 is going through it all as well. Have you heard of Planet Puberty? They do webinars aimed at kids with autism and their and parents to help with puberty.
Yeh I’ve had the same issues with my 10yr old daughter and has just started period too!! I made her a special box with items like deodorant, hair clips, chocolate, sanitary items, a girly book and bits and pieces. Just keep reassuring her she’s safe and can come to you any time.
