Inclusion sports

My daughter getting to an age where she is very much noticing how her physical limitations from Cerebral Palsy make her ‘different’ (her words). Yesterday she started (one on one) gymnastics, after watching her older sister in the competing class for years she was pretty excited that her coach would be really strict with her too 🤣 and push her to do ‘really hard things’. She was quite chuffed when that’s exactly what the coach did. She made sure Willow was treated like all her other gymnasts and worked her so hard. Willow was beaming. Sports are such a great activity for enjoyment, inclusion and to sneak in added therapy. What do your little ones do?
