Summer is a qualified speech pathologist and the founder of Kindship. With over a decade of experience supporting families navigating childhood disability — and her own lived experience of autism — she brings deep clinical insight, community leadership, and a bold vision for redesigning the way families access support. Summer leads Kindship’s strategy, partnerships, and advocacy, ensuring everything we build is practical, human, and grounded in real-world needs.

Tara is Kindship’s Head of Marketing, Creative Director, and our go-to for all things play therapy. With a background in Primary Teaching and Early Childhood Education — and lived experience as a mum of three, including a child with cerebral palsy and autism — she brings creativity, empathy, and real-world insight to everything she creates. Before joining Kindship, Tara worked alongside therapists, co-authored a therapy play e-book, and collaborated across platforms to support families — laying the foundation for the community-driven approach she now leads.

Andrius is a senior software engineer and technologist with over 15 years of experience building and scaling digital products. At Kindship, he leads technical development and architecture — translating complex service systems into intuitive tools that make life easier for families. With a background in B2B platforms, cloud infrastructure, and automation, Andrius is the engineer behind Barb, Kindship’s NDDP-powered disability support e-navigator.

Bikram is a software engineer and product leader passionate about using AI to create meaningful technology for families. At Kindship, he drives engineering and product innovation — shaping intuitive digital experiences powered by data science, machine learning, and full-stack development. With a background in mobile apps, web platforms, and open-source contributions, Bikram brings a deep curiosity and hands-on expertise to building tools that connect and empower communities.

Tabatha brings nearly two decades of experience in governance, risk, and compliance within the South Australian Government, where she built a reputation for navigating complex systems with integrity and care. A proud mum of three neurodivergent children, her lived experience led her to the Kindship community, where she found connection and lifelong friendships. Now as COO, Tabatha blends her professional expertise and personal insight to help shape a platform that celebrates, empowers, and uplifts families.
