When everything feels overwhelming, this is where you start.
Free, one-on-one support to help you find clarity, confidence and your next step.
If the thought “Where do I even start?” has crossed your mind lately, rest assured - you’re not alone.
Family Support Pathways is a free family support program designed to help families find clarity, confidence, and connection without needing a diagnosis, referral, or NDIS plan to begin.
Whether you’re navigating early intervention, trying to understand the NDIS, sitting on waitlists, or simply feeling so overwhelmed that you have no idea what your next step should be, this is a place to pause, talk it through, and create a plan that actually feels doable.
This isn’t generic advice or a one-size-fits-all checklist.
It’s structured, personalised support designed to improve clarity, confidence, and connection for your family.
You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need a place to start - with someone who understands both the practical steps and the emotional side of this journey.
That’s what Family Support Pathways is here for.

You might be:
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You don’t need to have everything sorted.
You might be feeling, "I don’t want to keep doing this alone."
Or simply, "I just need someone to show me what to do next."

Before I found Kindship, I was completely overwhelmed.I couldn’t think clearly or follow through on anything, I kept saying I needed a new brain.
But with one session, everything changed. The way things were explained step-by-step, with live checklists and no judgment, took the pressure off. I didn’t feel alone anymore.
For the first time, I feel understood, supported, and like there’s a path ahead.

When families have the right support around them, things start to feel better.
There’s a positive ripple effect across the whole family - clearer next steps, stronger family wellbeing, more confidence in your decisions, and less of that constant ‘are we doing the right thing?' feeling.
Without clear support, families are often left piecing things together - Googling late at night, asking in forums, trying to interpret plan language, second-guessing decisions.
When support is consistent and personalised, it doesn’t just reduce burnout - it helps the whole family feel more regulated and steady.
